Our company recently swapped payroll providers and Convergence came in to replace our old. With that Convergence offered very persuasive tax documents that encouraged us to claim more dependents / exemptions than we should. Thus they are not withholding nearly enough after checking with their withhold version my previous it's about a 15-30$ difference per week. When you add that up over 52 weeks you'll either get no tax return or end up owing money. They offer no easy way to modify this once they have you signed up with it. ... read more
Worst company to work for. Run far away. This company is very unethical and lacks professionalism. Company is managed by a woman having an affair with the married owner. She is very vindictive and chooses favorites. This manager will bring her favorites coffee in the morning and invite to luncheons whole all other employees are not invited. If you’re not in with her “clique” you are constantly picked on and there’s always something she wants to complain about. She walks through the halls threatening everyone’s jobs daily.
