We've worked with Converged for years now - most recently on a very large Avaya upgrade of our entire phone system including a change to our carrier. It was a large undertaking and they were outstanding. Converged Communications Systems has been a vendor of Lawrence Hall for a number of years. They have installed and supported phone systems at a number of our locations. They have done some IT consulting work for us as well. They are very professional, and extremely responsive. They are not a hard sell / leave you in the weeds afterwards company. at all. Our rep, Joe Williams is great to work with. Joe has deep knowledge of the industry and is incredibly trustworthy.
They always respond to my tickets in a timely manner and will walk me through what they are doing to help me better understand our phone system myself.
