Please take this review into account as well as those below. I was lucky enough to see Andrew Chan as a counsellor. He was very professional and offered the best advice I have ever recieved from a mental health professional. He targetted my personal needs and was exceptionally caring in the way he structure our series of appointments so that he ensured my personal safety and personal development were as good as possible. Thank you!
So disorganised! Take forever to answer the phone. I persisted out of considerateness with two long hold-waits to cancel an appointment a week ahead. When I eventually got through I had a feeling the person I was talking to was not paying attention so I asked for a cancellation confirmation. Received one by email - but then got a rather dry cancellation note TWO BUSINESS HOURS ahead of the appointment. With no apology. If this company’s support structure is so dysfunctional I doubt their counselling service is good.
Incredibly frustrating phone service and phone systems. Asked if it was a good time to talk, asked her to please call back in 15mins when I'm home, get a missed call an hour later - missed it because I was on the line chasing them up! Then they will not put you through to the person that miss called you 3 mins earlier, has to be a call back which you know most likely won't happen till tomorrow. Is this a systems issue? You seriously have no way of connecting calls? Calling at 4pm and am forced to listen to 3mins of elevator ... read more
