Worst place I've ever tried to get help from absolutely discusted in the service received from this company wonder why people don't ask for help and just go day by day suffering in silence 🤐 it's easier than getting denied help or just get excuses
Our organisation contracted them for an EAP service - never heard from them for just under two years and didnt know they existed til the invoices rolled in. Not sure what the "customer success officers do" but it all seems to be about volume, making money underpinned by a seemingly unprofessional approach.
It’s just so hit and miss and there’s no accountability on the service’s part. In 2024 I was seeking support after leaving a disrespectful relationship as my ex had sent me an abusive message. The first counsellor was fantastic but I was unable to get a follow up with them so I agreed to see another person.
