Wanted to give a huge thank you to Keri at Converge clothing store in Depoe Bay. Her customer service is the stuff legends are made of. I purchased a pair of shoes from her store about a year ago and it seems one is not holding up the way it should. Well without even a second look she asked what size they were and immediately replaced the shoes with a new pair.
