Although they were not the lowest quote I received, the others left a lot of open room for overruns and intended to take out the ceiling in the room below. Tim took another approach and intended to have a look from above and let me know if there was structural damage in need of immediate repair and he was true to his quote. This saved me the cost of taking out a plaster ceiling while fixing the leaking issue from above with a beautiful new roof.
