We bought 3 roofs from Tim & his business summer of 2021. One for my dad. One for my office and one for my home. My dad was impressed when the hard working crew: Started work early, were busy bees getting the tasks done and THEN.... They took a nap at 1pm. Laid right down on the ground. 30 minutes later they started again. I had 2 houses completed in one day & my house (bigger) completed in 1.25 days. The team from CB that installed my new roof was extremely well coordinated, put on the roof quickly, and cleaned up without a trace.
CB did my roof and my mothers. For the most part a great experience. They did an excellent job with containing everything while repairing my roof. I did not find much around the house when they left. The guys were quick getting our homes completed in one day. They were willing to coordinate doing some atic insulation work simultaneously. The roof came out great. They could have been a little quicker to respond to my calls about an issue, but during the time they were here they were very responsive to all my questions.
Thank you to CB Roofing for their generous gift of a new roof to a veteran in West Hartford. The community involvement and expert service was incredible. From permits, to materials and one day roof replacement,Tim and his crew got the job done. An excellent job! House of Heroes CT highly recommends their services.
As part of a facilities dept that has to work with contractors here in CT and our other 12 offices throughout the US, I know the difference between poor work, acceptable work and outstanding work. Tim and his team do outstanding work. Re-roofing a home is messy work. I fully expected to have to clean up a little bit. THERE WAS ALMOST NOTHING TO CLEAN! It was 99.9% like no one was ever there!
