My 11-year-old daughter came in with a deep cut on her foot from the beach and ended up needing stitches. This was our first time coming to ConvenientMD Urgent Care for a wound, and I have to say—we had a great experience. Whitney Dadaille, PA, was absolutely wonderful. My daughter was very nervous and upset about getting stitches, but Whitney helped calm her down by keeping her engaged in conversation and staying so kind and patient throughout. Everyone here was great. Much more helpful than the emergency rooms. I needed stitches and the hospitals were willing to make me wait hours. ConvenientMD took me right in, helped me with the intake forms, and got me sewn up in record time. Special thanks to Whitney & the gentleman at the front desk whose name I didn’t catch.
The Black man who works at the front desk had a nasty look on his face as well as an attitude. He doesn’t know how to do his job— knows nothing about healthcare or customer service. I came in with a lab slip and he has never seen one before and questioned the validity of it. He had to keep going to the back to ask people questions about doing labs.
