I very rarely write reviews but this experience requires one. The visit itself was fine. Its afterward where things went bad. Exceptionally HORRIBLE customer service & billing department. I'll save you the boring details & how they gave me 15 days to sort out a billing mishap, as payment had been sent...and then how they decided to charge my card only 2 days later instead of 15. Very user friendly check in process. Did it on my phone and picked my arrival time. Was given plenty of options and told my place in the line. Everyone was pleasant and professional .
The check in and visit was quick and easy. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable.
I was so impressed with this clinic! It was so clean and the staff was so caring. I needed help because my phone was not loading the link from the check in station and the receptionist was so kind to me and so helpful I was seen right away and given excellent care. The nurse and the doctor were also so compassionate.
Convenient to schedule online, no wait to be seen. Only urgent care place around that had xray technician on staff.
