I arrived at Convenient MD. Was told by the unsmiling receptionist that I had to use a kiosk to check in. I was very ill, feverish, weak, & unsteady with pneumonia. I almost left to go to the local ER. The receptionist was mean spirited. No one should have to think about typing information into a kiosk when this sick. But everyone else here was amazingly kind & nice. The nurse, Glenda Holman was such a kind considerate lady. She went above & beyond to help me . Easy check in and great friendly service from reception to the nurse to the doctor also quick to get in and quick to get it I would recommend this for a emergency room alternative or even a simple medical check up ,well done
Convenient MD was a fantastic place for me to have a IV drip. The place was spotless and beautiful. The staff was great and I didn't have to go to the hospital. That was a big saving grace. I am very happy that Convenient MD is there and close by.
The experience we had there with our son was the worse experience ever. We went there to have him checked mainly for pneumonia. They did a covid and flu test which came back positive for flu, was told his lungs sounded great. After he got swabbed he got a nose bleed ( never had one before) once it stopped he felt like he was going to throw up ( no throw up bags in the room).
