$405 billed just for the Covid and influenza test is criminal. CVS charges $45 for their pharmacists to administer the same tests as a package deal. This does not include the $284 billed just for the 15 minute office visit. If you have Maine care and everything is free this is the place for you. If you work hard for a living and overpay for private insurance that ends up covering very little this place is one to avoid.
A couple of days ago I went to this urgent care to get help removing a tick. The lobby was quiet with one woman at the desk. Alot of tech, first had to type info at the kiosk, then my phone. The first thing they want is a credit card to for the copay. Insurance card info,etc. It took me a half hour to fill out info. It was very stressful and I didn't feel good. The staff & environment are comforting. I also appreciate the privacy of checking in online.
Again still top notch. Great staff. Caring, Kind and patient with my children.
