Provider asked questions, listened and addressed all my concerns . The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Made appointment online, checked in when I arrived and was seen within 15 minutes!!Highly recommend this place!!!
I came to this urgent care with my 4-year-old daughter at 7:30 PM on a Saturday, 30 minutes before their posted closing time, and was told they would not see her. The waiting room was completely empty. I understand that we arrived close to closing, but posted hours of operation should mean that patients can still walk in and receive care during those hours—especially when it involves a young child needing medical attention. Arrived 15 min b4 closing. Took me in to exam room within @5 min. Friendly and professional.
It was so clean and the nurses were so kind. My provider was so non judgmental and calm and compassionate.
