Amazing customer service
They just take money even with insurance claims pending. Was told on Wednesday there was a 15 day deadline to pay the $250 that was still being processed by insurance and just got charged that money incorrectly today. Billing will not reverse the payment so I can buy my family groceries this week. Absolutely disgusting that they would charge you before a deadline they gave even though insurance is still working on the claim. I hope these people can sleep at night knowing they are the reason people aren't eating this week
Reception, intake nurse and PA we all very kind. It made my experience really positive. They were also very knowledgeable and willing to take time with me
Very upset. This place used to be my go to and I was always happy to come in with my children. Lately, they have incompetent people at the front desk. They are no help, very rude, and their attitude is absurd! We come here for help! It shouldn’t be a problem if we have questions that we are unsure about. So sad! I hope they can find better people that treat EVERYONE EQUALLY!
