The AI tool they are using to handle billing requests is horrible. Sounds like a human and does not announce that it is AI (deceptive) but is very clearly not a human as it struggles to comprehend anything but the most basic response. Really, it is like a bad voice response system with a very human sounding, non-robotic voice. Ironically, the old voice response system would be an upgrade. Professional and quick! Called in my prescription and got me in and out in no time. Being able to book an appointment made my experience great. When you’re not feeling well, having such great care is amazing! Highly recommend!

Bright, clean office upon entry. Check in by phone, suggest you do the paperwork ahead of time if possible. Nurse was great, took her time and was very attentive during triage. I was seen by an aprn, I believe, and he was awesome. Listened, offered options, and made sure I understood his diagnosis. Meds administered for a bacterial infection, and I'm on my way to recovering.
