I had to drive to another location for an X-ray where they said I’d hear results in 30 minutes. It’s been 27 hours wlth no follow-up. No discharge papers, no instructions, no clarity regarding follow-up and no results. I called this morning and was promised a call back. Nothing. I called again 24 hours after being seen - I got 5 minutes of adverts and no one picked up the call so I left a voicemail. No response. Truly abysmal service. Remove the words urgent and convenient from your name

Terrible, the truth is that I arrived with my 5-month-old baby and they didn't serve me just because I didn't make a reservation. I arrived at 6 and they said they couldn't serve me anymore. The truth is, I expected more from this place. Everyone said that they served me without a reservation.
The provider listened to my concerns and I feel like this was the best urgent care I’ve ever been to.
