I took my daughter to Convenience MD last night after she was injured at her soccer game. From the moment we walked in, Emma at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - she answered all of our questions and made the check-in process quick and stress-free. The physician we saw was wonderful, taking the time to explain everything in a way my child could easily understand. Waste of Time! My wife hurt her leg 2½ months ago because she fell. She had been trying to take care of it, but it began to hurt. This place is a joke! The front desk people were on their Instagram and TikTok the entire time we waited for 45 minutes. One receptionist was video calling his friend saying how, "He was so excited to see Emma," and the other receptionist was chatting about her boyfriend.
