I had made an appointment at ConvenientMD in Saco in advance and was seen in a timely fashion. The intake nurse was friendly and professional. Having been ill for some days with diarrhea and a cough, I was relieved to have the NP, Elizabeth Richardson, to talk with at some length about my symptoms. She was knowledgeable and kind, and seemed interested in listening to what I had to say, offering her thoughts in a trust-inspiring way. Though my wait for the doctor was more than 25 minutes, once Ellie was seeing me she was kind, respectful, thorough, and reassuring. She was a pleasure to work with on this issue. The office staff and nurse I saw were kind and helpful as well.

The folks at this place were terrific. Very empathic and helpful, did all they could and helped me find other providers where specialists were needed. It was the end of the night, and they were friendly and welcoming. Would def go there again!
