Waiting was so long on the wait list they have people who haven’t arrived above you and make you wait for them to arrive then when they are writing things down they don’t even listen when they get to the exam they make you explain everything all over again when you complain about the wait times they do nothing they say even though they haven’t arrived they are still before you I was wait place number 5 for 3 hours and they finally said the people who haven’t arrived didn’t come so they would see me just to main health walk i... read more
Everyone was very compassionate, including the woman who greeted us, the nurse who did the EKG and the doctor who came in to talk to me. They helped me stay calmer even though I was having a bad day and I still had to go to the ER.
Everyone was very courteous and concerned. Made me feel valued
He listened when I told him that first provider was dismissive and not concerned about my current situation. He seemed concerned and provided medication that cleared up the infection in just 4 days.
