This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility. If you think making an appointment will get you in and out faster - forget it! The lab test I needed is only done from 8:00-4:00, so I called, made an appointment, and tried to get it done during my lunch hour. I've been trying to reach someone at the front desk on hold all morning- and just can't get through no matter which number I press in the operator directory. I am being messaged about a $30 payment even though I paid my co-pay in-person. Why are there no options to speak to someone at the front desk?

Great service
There was no waiting. I was triaged quickly and then saw the NP right away. All very knowledgeable. And I was on my way. Everyone was friendly and asked many questions about my issue.
