Very quick. Very friendly.
I came in with an infected eye, and the receptionist took care of filling in all the info on the iPad for me. I sat down for maybe five minutes before being called in. The nurse and doctor did not keep me waiting And quickly diagnosed the problem and Called in a prescription. I was very impressed with her knowledge and efficiency.
Everyone there was so nice!!!!!! Best healthcare service ever. Super fast. People were funny. all around great experience.
Another excellent visit at ConvenientMD Belmont. All office staff were welcoming. The medical staff kept me informed while I waited a few minutes to have my hangnail resolved. The medical procedure choices were explained and my questions answered. The procedure was quick with the medical professional making sure I remained relaxed during each step. They all presented themselves as professional and courteous. 5 STARS!!!
Efficient and up-to-date facility, staff and process. Definitely will head there again when needed!
