I was really suprised and impressed. Everything from checking in to seeing a knowledgeable caregiver was fast, clean, and pleasant. Im your typical drink water and rub some dirt in it while my arm is hanging off before I'd go through an urgent care experience kind-of-guy This has me reevaluating my life choices.
Easy sign in process. Staff were professional and efficient.
This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had. The receptionist went above and beyond to find my son's insurance information when we hadn't received the physical card yet. Once checked in he was seen right away and the doctor took his time answering all my questions. The nurse even picked out the best flavor medicine to ensure my baby took his entire dose.
From the moment I opened the doors until I left the level of care and professionalism was top rate! The intake at the reception desk was friendly and very supportive. The assistant nurse and the physician were fully present and accommodating. If something else comes up, this is where I’ll go.
I enjoy going to this care center always friendly. Very thorough in there exam .
