I made an appointment the night before and they had plenty of options available. The lobby is bright and spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly checking me in. I was taken back to triage quickly and got checked out by a provider shortly after that. The rooms were very nice, even had an air purifier which is a nice touch! I felt like the doctor took the time to listen to me and was very friendly. All in all when you’re in the lakes region this is the place to come for urgent care.
