Thanks to Convenient MD provider NP Jessie who I’ve had a couple times. She’s always listens intently and always makes me feel well cared for. I am grateful to have this practice with being unable to secure primary care in season.
Helpful and respectful. I called a head and got a "reservation time" so the wait was very reasonable If u don't call ahead, the wait can be horrible. That is why I didn't give an5 star...I have been here as a walk in and the wait was horrible.
Quick efficient service for a possible sinus infection. Provider gave me good options and saved me a second trip back for an Rx for antibiotics if needed (it was not). Appreciated the service! Only gripe was online check-in on my phone was tedious.
