Check in was done on my phone. Ellsworth Staff was excellent and courteous. PA Jane Reinoso had a great personality and explained cause and treatment well. She even showed us a quick trick for a ruptured ear drum. Although it took a day or so for the pain to go away, we are on the healing track! Thanks all!

I couldn’t get into my own doctor so went to ConvenientMD for help. There was a short wait, easy because I’d been there before and they have my records, and the employees were friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would recommend intake personnel go OUT into the waiting room if a person summoned doesn’t go to the desk. I heard them call a man 3 times - he must have had hearing issues. I asked him finally if he was so-and-so and sent him to check-in. A bit ridiculous and lazy on their part.
