I went to ConvenientMD Urgent Care because I was not feeling well / Tracy, Nancy checked me in / I was seen within a few minutes by nurse Melissa and nurse Kerry / who took some vitals and provided me with excellent health care, thank you / Bob Nickerson / Pembroke Ma ///
I came in with a hurt foot and I was in a lot of pain. My husband went in and checked me in because I couldn’t walk. Everything went smoothly which was great because my pain level was high. My wait was minimal and I was taken care of quickly.
She was very nice and not rushed and listened to what my concerns were about my teeth she was very sweet!

If zero stars were an option, I’d use it proudly. I asked Melissa, NP, for a prescription — silly me for thinking that would be straightforward. Instead, I got an overpriced OTC product missing the active ingredient I needed. Thanks for the expensive placebo, Melissa! Perhaps ConvenientMD might consider offering a refresher course in pharmacology. 10/17/25: Oh wait, it gets better. They texted me and wanted to talk about my experience. I agreed, and said they could call me. No call. And they never called with my lab results.... read more
