When I arrived I did not know what to expect. Their signup system was easy to use and to transfer/ upload my medical information. The website had a list of where you were in line to be taken. The care was very helpful and listened to every word you said. The answered questions for you and didn’t keep you hanging. I would recommend them to my family and close friends.
I came in last Saturday with a fever, and tonsillitis. I was in extreme pain, and when seen by the doctor, she only ran a strep test on me. I had to advocate for more testing, which it was clear she did not want to do, nor did she want to acknowledge how much pain i was in. Anyways, when the testing came back, I had a bacterial infection, and for some reason I still haven't been prescribed antibiotics, despite how much pain I am experiencing. The nurses and provider were professional and kind. Efficient and the appointment went very smooth. Loved the check in process, to book prior to arriving.
