Staff were amazing and extremely helpful
Urgent care said I would probably be fine to get an X-ray next day (theirs was closed for the night) & they would send me a prescription in the mean time. They called me on my way to the pharmacy and said they changed their mind and think I shouldn’t wait out of precaution and go to the ER just in case. I get to cvs and they never sent my prescription over. Currently sitting in the ER, waste of my time and now I have two bills to worry about!!!
My first time at ConvenientMD. People were nice, clean facility, they answered the phone when I called (yeah!). Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
I've used this same location 4 times over the past 5 years. Staff and providers have been great! They listen, offer options, and genuinely care.
If I could give this location a rating below zero, I would. My experience was extremely disappointing. It took far too long to complete the paperwork, and we then waited a long time in the exam room before anyone came to see my son. I will never return to this location, and I will strongly advise anyone I know against going there.
