Extremely poor customer service and healthcare services. I would discourage anyone from going to this facility. I went to this place because of an ear problem. I was prescribed steroids and cream. Within hours my ear began bleeding and throbbing with pain. I returned only to learn nothing had been done with the swab taken two days earlier, no results were available, no follow-up was offered or performed.
