Micah and Debbie were incredible! I was there for almost 3 hours as they worked on softening and irrigating insane wax blockages in my ears. They stuck with me and I went from very hard of hearing with ear pain to perfect clarity of hearing! Incredibly kind and life changingly helpful!
I have been here a number of times, and I have received such great care from start to finish at every visit. I am very grateful for the staff here!

Diagnostic and treatment service was great. Your check-in software was difficult to navigate and far less intuitive than I would expect. Your “10” was based on the medical service I received. For Check-in I would give you a “2”.
