Staff is wonderful, they make you feel comfortable even though you are sick ,they explain step by step what they will be doing and what you are to expect, friendly, funny welcoming staff
Check-in was painless. Wait time 20 minutes at most. Was triaged, saw Rn/doc, diagnosed , med prescribed under 30 minutes. Staff professional. Offices pristine.
The telemedicine option at Convenient MD worked great! I was able to jump the queue and be out with a prescription in less than half-hour. It’s not for all ailments but worked great for me!
