This practice had so much potential and was truly exceptional when it first opened. Unfortunately, it has declined significantly over the past two years. Please read to the end to understand why I am giving them only 3 stars and yet recommending them at the same time: Dr. Eric Schneider in the Portsmouth office appears to be thorough and very focused on getting to all the issues of my health. I am stunned by how careful and detailed he is. Becky, at Convenient Primary Care, is outstanding bc of her fast and complete answer to a complaint my husband had. My husband met with a new medical professional at the office and was told he should change his statin medicine to a new, better drug, Lisinopril; to throw out his Simvastatin even though his cholesterol was being well-controlled by Simvastatin and he always had good ratings from the previous doctor. HIGHLY recommend. The team is amazing - MAs, nurses, reception, providers - all of them. Great care and so kind and patient.
Every time I need a refill, I have to call at least three times before it's completed. Feel like I am constantly chasing this place for basic care needs. The doctors are wonderful but the staff has frequent misses, is not communicative and make even the most simple things a major headache.
