Great experience from initial greeting to processing of cancellation when space was no longer needed. We utilized the yard for over a year for a boat and found the water made available for lessees convenient for saltwater rinse. Perfect for your boating toys - the public launch is under a 1/2 mile down the street! The cost was reasonable when compared to other lots in the area.
Not so convenient should be their name. Do not store your toys here. They store all types of junk toys here. Like the floating docks that floated during the last hurricane to block access to my boat. Owner made many excuses why he could not just drag them of the way. Could not access my boat for over a week. Had to jump over railroad ties to remove my boat.
