Today we had transportation through Convenience Home Care services , and our driver, Fragenika, was outstanding. She was patient, responsible, kind, and very professional. The ride was smooth and comfortable, which was especially important for my elderly aunt. Frangenika made us feel safe and well cared for throughout the trip. We are extremely happy with the service she provided and truly appreciate her dedication and compassion. Thank you for having such an excellent driver on your team
Vehicle dangerous. Don’t know how it passed inspection. Brakes awful. Inside shaky and not safe. Driver was very very nice, but scary driving. I think it most mostly due to the disrepair of the vehicle more than his driving. Yet on the way back I got an excellent wonderful driver who knew all the safer shortcuts that had no traffic even though it was nearing Moore shower the vehicle was better than the first one but not really good but the driver was very careful and skilled. And a nice guy.
Do any of your drivers have a license or any prior driving experience? Same guy in a minivan swerving in and out of lanes, overtaking on double yellow with no regard to anyone else on the road. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Horrible and unprofessional! They pay by the minute. If you have a client you are only paid when that person is in the van. So anywhere from 5-30 min. N the way to pick up and once dropped off is no pay. They want you available from 6am-9pm. There are hardly any clients and you're waiting around all day for something. Their training consists of watching 3 YT videos. And they only do paper checks. Do not work for these people!
This is the worst transportation company. The people who coordinate the trips are the worst. They treat you as if they're doing you a favor. They don't send the monitors but charge per monitor. If you call the office, they speak poorly to you. They're very rude. They have no customer service skills and lie a lot about the time.
