I have high anxiety at the dentist. All of the staff and doctor were wonderful. My service dog approved too 🩷
The experience I had today was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The staff were top notch. I was there as a 1st time patient, to actually get "cleared" to start Chemo later this month. I was fit in on short notice, and handled with exceptional care and concern. I had two minor cavities that needed filled, and a cleaning. I was concerned with how long it would take to get these scheduled. The Doc today Handled it Like A Boss!! He asked if I had time? Third time coming to this place when they re never staffed properly and said, "she called and left a message " I never received a call or a message. Will not be returning. If I could give negative stars I would. What a joke and waste of time. Women working the front counter is very rude! She is the "face" of the company . If it weren't for the other staff would not return!
