Dr. Jamie Upton & Alicia were absolutely amazing this evening. I came in panicked because my 1.5 year old stuck something up her nose and I was scared to try to get it myself. With zero hesitation Dr Upton and Alicia helped us & successfully got it out. They were patient, compassionate and understanding. My daughter is very challenging and does not take to new people often but she actually reached for Alicia to hold her and that means so much! I went in to have my wrist looked at and I mentioned it might be a cyst, and instead of examining it, they immediately dismissed me and said that’s “an orthopedics job.” Isn’t the whole point of a convenient care clinic to actually take a look at what’s going on? They do sports physicals but can’t take five minutes to at least assess my wrist? To make matters worse, I arrived at 4:30 for a clinic that’s listed as closing at 5, and the doors were already locked. The front desk person acted like letting me in was a huge favor.... read more
