Staff up front was rude. Said they couldn’t see us and wanted nothing to do with us after that. Rude to my mother in law, trinity is a joke
Treated me like a number, I went in there with severe health complications. Shortness of breath blackouts doubled vision and having medical episodes that were progressively getting more common and worse but they treated my health like a business, I was waiting from my medical cards to come in the mail but since it takes so long to make an appointment and get a primary I figured I could make it and still be seen since Trinity claims that the community's house is important. The last few times we’ve been to the walk-in clinic it’s been very quick. We were there with three sick kids on a Sunday. It was very busy and we were out of there in under an hour. The doctor was very nice and was great with the kids.
I would only deal with Trinity walk in never the hospital AGAIN.
I’ve been to Trinity Health FirstCare Walk-In Clinic several times, and my last visit was with my father. One thing I really appreciate about this clinic is that you don’t need an appointment—they keep the process quick and efficient. The staff is very professional, and the lady at the front desk was especially nice and helpful. I also met with one of the doctors, and he was really kind and understanding.
