Everyone was very helpful and efficient. The reception Dr, and radiology.
5 stars for the coffee shop and the wonderful receptionist. 1 star for the provider. The provider name is Ginger. She repeated questions the nurse already documented. And asked, “So what do you want me to do?” and used the same tool to check my ears, nose, and throat, which felt unsanitary. To check my breathing and heartbeat she also used a stethoscope but over a thick sweater I was wearing….instead of asking me to lift it, which didn’t feel like proper medical practice.
