RecommendedMy second time using the facility. The same Nurse Practitioner as the last time, and just as professional and personable as the last visit. The entire staff is courteous and personable as well. Can't find fault in any aspect of the operation as a whole, and very reasonable on pricing for someone without insurance. Thank you for being available in the Stephenville area.

Walked in, took just a few minutes to complete paper work and they got me right in. They understand migraines, put me in a dark, quiet room. Nurse was so sensitive and spoke quietly. The doctor was was wonderful and understood my medication concerns. A couple of shots, watched me for about 15 minutes and sent me home to recover. I highly recommend this clinic, staff, nurses and doctors!
I visited Affordacare for the first time, the wait was extremely long (over an hour) for there only being 3 cars in front of the building (mine and 2 other patients). The receptionist was short with me and never smiled...the doctor was nice and one of the nurses was. I paid in full before I left but a few days later I received an email stating I have a balance due. Stephenville Affordacare staff is rude, disrespectful and lacks basic knowledge. I have been a medical provider for 29 years and, in fact, have worked for Affordacare at a different location. A family member came ib to Stephenville for a TB test. It was done on Friday and she was told to come in on Sunday (correct) When she arrived she was told she would have to come back at 6:30 because it had not been exactly 48 hours (totally false if it is showing negative) She was told they would be open at 6:30 even though posted hours... read more
I had to take both of my grandson's in March and pay cash. They don't have insurance. The person that saw them wanted to do a strep test on one of them and told me he wouldn't charge me for it since I had put out so much money that day. I was so appreciative of that. Well, I got a bill for the strep test. I called the number on the bill and talked to a girl, she called the clinic and called me back and told me he wasn't in and she would have to call me back the next day.
