Horrible customer service, Stephanie is extremely rude and even though they will diagnose people with illnesses like Flu A they wont fill out any type of paperwork for people's jobs that state they have Flu A. Screw this place and Stephanie
I went in for a severe ear ache and swollen node. I got there when there wasn't anyone else waiting to be seen. I sat in the waiting room forever and waited on Alisa just as long for her to come in for 10 seconds to tell me im "obviously in pain" with a smart tone when im sobbing because she heard me say the scope was hurting my ear and she shoved it in deeper. Great service! Mary was exceptional. I had to call the next day with concerns, and they were so helpful. Stephanie was so kind, addressed my concerns with Mary, and got back to me quickly(all while very busy)!
