Stellar service, fantastic people! I'm shipping my dad's mobility scooter and I got such great service at Conval-Aid. They offer a free weighing service (with a large scale you just roll right on to) + they showed us how to fold down parts of his scooter for easier shipping + they gave us tie-downs and a large skid! We spent zero money in the store...this was all out of the goodness of their hearts and the desire to help people. Please give these folks your business...they deserve it. Conval-Aid is the best. We had a headrest situation with my mom's headrest which came from another seller. Conval-Aid Ante and Chris gave me an option to fix it was a great solution for us. They are the best. Do not hesitate to deal with them. Bravo and thank you so much.
Had tech Chris come to my house to look at my lift chair that I was unhappy with. I previously had a rech come and look at my chair and still me it was reaching it's full extent. I visited your store and spoke with Chris and explained the situation. On his visit he determined the controller was not working right he the helped me set it up and once again look forward to sitting and relaxing in my chair.
