This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The most disorganized supply department. Lost orders, lost prescriptions, etc. I've only dealt with them for 90 days and they have lost 3 different orders and sent me the wrong supplies. Avoid using them at all costs.
Been calling the Convacare Service for a bill. Said our insurance has been paying a 100% Since 5/24/23 just got a bill in the mail today ( 7/8/24 ) saying we owe lots of money. I have called plenty of times kept saying we didn't owe. So I don't think we owe you anything!!

Very poor customer service, very rude accounting department I was told to process a payment for about 100.00 which I did. But opps they told me they made a mistake 4 months later and wanted more money to correct their mistake. I have been waiting over 24 hours for a return call from my rep. They will quote you one price but bill you for another cost. They will tell you ANYTHING to complete a sale. Regret getting my Bipap machine from them.
