DO NOT HIRE HIM! The stairs and wall started sinking in less than 3 months. I asked him to come fix it and he said he would but in over 10 months he never showed up on multiple dates he was supposed to come. He has every excuse under the sun and takes no responsibility for the problem. He didn't follow the engineer plans, nor compact the dirt behind the wall, or provide adequate drainage. Cesar gave me free detailed consult about our retaining wall. Everything he said was helpful in moving forward on getting permits for a project. From my experience, he is a good landscaping company with knowledge.
We hired Cesar/Caesar and his team for a project of ours. He told us he was having issues with payroll and asked us to give him an advance to help him out and he would offer better pricing on our future projects. Not only did he not finish the work, he also did not offer better pricing, and went dark. We have been unable to reach him for weeks, which caused unnecessary delays and expenses for us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had very bad experience with them. They took our money and did not finish the job. We are filling an official complaint against the company but giving everyone heads up. He talks a big game them will waste your time trying to get ahold of them to come do the job that they've been paid to do! I've probably called him 20+ times and left multiple messages and he never got back. The worst experience we've ever had with a contractor!
I have used Conure Landscaping for many years now and have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of any project. They have unique ideas on how to use your space and are very adept at staying within a budget of any kind. I am very pleased with all the work they have completed and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future projects.
