Another great experience with Controlled Rain. I had some emitters added to my system. Robert was good to work with and does a very efficient job.
We have been customers of Controlled Rain for a lot of years! You know what you can COUNT ON when you call them?… Scheduling a pretty immediate appointment. Sending technicians who know what they’re doing. Completion of the job in a timely manner, usually the same day. Respectful and kind attitudes, from everyone you deal with in the company. EVERYONE. I can honestly say, we have never had a negative experience with Controlled Rain. We HIGHLY recommend them!
Controlled Rain is great to work with. The tech has always been able to provide options and make the necessary repairs.
Robert was great and also a good dude. Helped me out with replacing a valve, but spent the time walking me through some other items as well. Efficient and thorough.
