Very prompt and great communication. This is the second time I’ve worked with Controlled Rain. The first time was fantastic, this most recent time was not as good.
Great experience from beginning to end. Gave an estimate of the project but when they did the work, said it would actually cost less due to having more crew/less time on the job. Shows the great integrity they have as a company. Only thing I had to ask them was to move some lines a little farther out which they did no problem.
