Justin has consistently been professional, efficient, and focused on quality outcome. Controlled Rain is the only irrigation/lighting company to use.
Called on Tuesday to get an estimate on irrigation repair. Tech came out the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the repair quickly, correctly and completely. Price was fair and online payment portal is easy to navigate. I am a returning customer and will remain one. UPDATE: Landscapers damaged multiple drip line emitters and intense summer heat took its toll on my shrubbery. Justin came out and sorted it all out in under an hour. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Glad I went with Controlled Rain!
We have been a Controlled Rain Customer for years. In recent years, Jonathan Stratton has been the irrigation specialist that has arrived to address our issues. Jonathan is truly an expert. He diagnoses and resolves any issue we have. He also has made some great recommendations regarding our watering schedules. And, he knows a lot about plants and trees. Overall, just great customer service. Thanks.
