The tech provided excellent service and knowledge. He diagnosed the issues with both of my AC units, ordered the parts and came back and got both units back in good running condition.
Got down to the lake and realized our place wasn’t cooling down. Called after hours and they responded right away. James was able to diagnose the problem and was able to come back the next morning and fix the TXV valve! Thank you James and Controlled Heating and Air! Recommend!

Controlled Heating and Cooling responded the same day I called for a cooling repair in August 2025. Their technician was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he discovered to be problematic during his assessment. He answered all of my questions with patience and spoke to my spouse over the phone to address his concerns as well. . He was very professional and transparent regarding costs upfront.
