JJ was very friendly, knowledgeable. On time.
Service rep, JJ, was on time, did a thorough clean and check of my HVAC system, replaced air and water filters, and explained in detail what he had done. Great representative of Controlled Heating and Cooling.
What I really appreciated was that the serviceman was on time and did a very through check of the HVAC system.
James is very knowledgeable and very polite. He did a wonderful job and explained what he had done. I like that they send the same technician. I feel he is familiar with my system. Thanks James
