The tech did an excellent job in a timely manner.we have always appreciated the work from Controlled Heating and Cooling.
Switching over from heat to cool we noticed the AC wasn’t cooling. We called Controlled H&C and they were able to send someone the same day for after hours service. James was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. We have always had good service from Controlled H&C. Highly recommend!
Great from beginning to end. Receptionist had very good people skills, was very efficient. Availability for help was super quick. Technician was knowledgeable and thorough.... and took the time to explain problem and offer options. Gets a 10 in our book.
