Thank you to John for coming out and taking a look at trees we were concerned about. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and educate us on how to take care of the replacement trees in the future. Not only did he come out 24 hours after our initial call, he was super knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with Controlled Growth again in the future.
I had a really shocking experience today - someone came out to look at 6 trees.. and didnt try to sell me anything. It was the weirdest thing!!!!!!!!! Jokes aside: John gave me great advice on what to trim, remove, or keep an eye on.. then left. No pushy sales pitch, no efforts to waste my money, just solid advice and helpful information. It was so unusual and wonderful, i ended up trying to pitch him to do some work, and i think we're gonna hire them to come back and do mosquito spraying. John came out this morning to look at some issues with our dogwood and fig tree. He was kind, and super knowledgeable. It turned out the problem was one we could resolve through home treatments --and while he could have sold us services we didn't need--he did not. Instead he gave me the information I needed to fix the problem on my own. Really appreciate his honestly. Thanks John!
My crape myrtle had a bad case of bark scale and never bloomed last year. John from Controlled Growth treated it and this year the tree has so many blooms, the tree is healthy, the branches look strong, clean n fabulous!! But wait there's more...it bloomed in July not it's usual September. It'll be treated annually for sure. Thanks Dr. John, you're the best
