Here we go another 1 star for this system. This time around from an customer in Thailand. I spent thousands of dollars on having lights, blinds and aircon connected together but the system always fails. And to top it all, the Snap One doesn't give a damn responding to you. Bad bad and bad.

Control4 has been the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. In the past 3 years we have had nothing but problems. Sound system won’t work, lighting doesn’t work, remote controls don’t work, etc. a rep comes out almost every month to fix a problem and causes 2 or 3 more problems. We have replace almost the entire system at their suggestion and have more problems than ever. Terrible customer service and they don’t know how to fix their own system. Stay away from control4.
Such an amazing place to work and really amazing products.
