When I called to ask how much it would be to have my central air looked at I was quoted $90 an hour plus parts. When they came to look at it, the repairman was here for 43 minutes and used a peice of cardboard from my garbage with my husband's help to create a temporary repair. I was charged $180 for this. I called the next day to ask why we were charged so much and she said she'd call me back after my invoice was turned in. She never called back so I called again.
