This company totally ripped me off. Installed my furnace incorrectly, said they'd take care of the warranty stuff for me and get it mailed in, and they never did. I am left with a broken furnace, no warranty and its winter. $4000 Con job. I've learned a big lesson. These guys were plumbers trying to make extra money on the side. Do your homework and check out the license and get referrals. Good luck.
