I’ve been coming along to Control Fitness for the last year and absolutely love it! It’s such a welcoming and inclusive community with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The facilities are new and always improving and the range of classes is fantastic. I wasn’t a fan of going to the gym before I joined Control - and would recommend it to anyone local!
I attended a class through ClassPass and briefly used one machine afterward - 10 min. The owner was present but said nothing at the time. 5 minutes after I left, I received a message requesting a $20 payment for using the gym. There were no signs or clear communication that this wasn’t allowed, and it would’ve been easy to just let me know in the moment. Went to Control recovery for the sauna and ice shower with my partner, the sauna was amazing and very relaxing and being able to use the ice cold shower for cooling off was very convenient. Want to say how accomodating Georgina was for our experience and highly recommend to anyone thinking of going. The booking room we had felt private and cosy.
