RecommendedI ordered two shirts, one being a work shirt. I got a t-shirt version instead of my work shirt so I emailed them. withing a few hours i got a reply and the next day they sent out a work shirt for what i didn't receive and i got to keep the t-shirt. can't complain about that!
This Company is a scam. Ordered, paid and no order confirmation. Then a fake airwaybill and nothing is being delivered with an unexisting customer service. And curiously my comments made yesterday are not appearing... DON’T BUY or your money will be thrown away!
They take a little bit of time to prepare orders. However, the quality is worth the wait and they package things with care. I ordered a Body Count patch that’s in high demand and it’s perfect! Will do business again🤘
I placed an order on June 24, it was supposed to be delivered to me in 3 days, but so far they do not deliver it to me. I have requested information but they only respond that they are going to dispatch it. They have not returned my money either. The service is terrible, do not buy on this page !!!!
I ordered a Stitches snapback in early October. After about a month of waiting I decided to send an email to ask about why I was waiting so long. I was told it was just taking some time to get everything set up because it was a brand new line, but they offered me a refund. I thought that was fair and that I should give them a little more time. Order got messed up due to fulfillment but customer service made it right and sent extras
Worst customer service ever. Call customer support and was treated very rudely and by the way...the $160 shipping fee which your site defaulted my order to way very tricky. Good thing I checked the total before I hit submit. How many others didn't notice and were charged more for shipping than what the one item was worth.
