Dr. Huffman and her staff all over very professional & helpful! Healthcare is tough. My case is tough. Each and every one of them has taken their time with me. Dr. Huffman sat in with me for a follow-up and spent TIME talking about my concerns. I feel heard and seen here. The authorization staff, specifically Kemberlee and her team worked hard to get my medication covered and filled. Very grateful.

I had to make my first appointment over two months in advance. No big deal--a common practice for first timers. However, on the morning of the appointment, with ~30 mins before it would start, I received a call saying the appointment was cancelled because Dr. Huffman was not in the office. Annoying, but I let it go. Things happen. However, it was very frustrating that I I had to wait another 6 weeks for the next available appointment. Been a patient for years. I love contrina but the office has changed in the past year or so. I was told I can't get more medication until I have a drug test but I don't have an appointment until April and was told to call between 8am and 8:15am to request a different appointment but of course I can't get ahold of anyone. Seems like someone would have given me a notice instead of telling me the day my medication which is a narcotic that I could detox off of runs out that I can't have anymore until I take an unscheduled drug t... read more

Dr. Huffman herself is fine, but she's had an office without admin staff for the better part of a year, meaning I can't get through on the phone and I can't get a referral out to anyone else, which my insurance needs before I can see anyone else. I've been effectively without a PCP since I started seeing her and the problem has never gotten any better.
