If I could give no stars I would… I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience with this lash technician, Tasha. I mistakenly thought my appointment was at 11 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. and immediately apologized when she called. I calmly asked if there would be a no-show fee, and without warning she began yelling at me—loudly and aggressively—accusing me of having an “attitude” and being disrespectful. UPDATE!! I left a review a few months ago about my not-so-satisfactory experience here. HOWEVER, the owner, Wendy, reached out to me with a sincere and thorough email apologizing and offered to redo my lashes free of charge. I went back again and my experience was exceptional this time!! When I got there, she immediately reviewed what the issues were from last time (type of curl, mainly). I was given a gift certificate for another lash studio and had one of the worst lash applications I’ve had in the last 15 years. I went to Contrast assuming they couldn’t do much. Jackie was so gently with my lashes, removed or separated the botched ones and blended in a lash fill. I seriously almost cried when she was done. I figured she’d just have to take them all off and I’d lose a lot of my own lashes, but she seriously did the best job. It looked fantastic and still does weeks later!
I had a terrible experience getting my lashes done here. The lash tech originally promised me a discount before my appointment, but when it came time to pay, she refused to honor it—even though my friend, who booked with me, got the discount! She also said since I paid already she can't refund me, and I find that ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.
