The charge for travel time which is okay but then they visited multiple units in my building and they charged everyone for the travel time which is double or triple or multi-charging and then they made some bogus excuse up but that was normal but they basically rip people off. TO BE CLEAR: THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
Mike was recommended to us to use to maintain our HVAC while the owner is out of the country and renting it to a tenant. He has done two service calls this year on the AC and failed to mention at either instance that multiple parts were at the end of life and that the until should be replaced. He only provided this information after being intensly questioned about the condition of the unit.
