Mike was recommended to us to use to maintain our HVAC while the owner is out of the country and renting it to a tenant. Arron is very rude. My condo unit is 14 degrees, today is Friday and they are not able to come to it until Wednesday. I already have two space heaters going. Seem impatient and did not answer the questions that I asked. She may not but it seems like she's hiding something. She would not answer some of my questions, sounds combative, and pushed me off the phone. I just want honest answers so I can make a decision. I don't mind if things are the way and they can't come till Wednesday but I just want the right information.
