Can’t say enough about how much Sara’s acupuncture and cupping therapy have helped me. I had a stubborn upper pec muscle issue that no amount of massage or stretching could fix. I've seen Sarah several times over the past year and I can't say enough good things. I've had acupuncture treatments and taken the Chinese herbs and found immense benefit with my immune system(I'm almost a year now with it now behaving as it should after 1.5 years of it being shot) and stress. Second visit to Contrast and I have to agree with the reviews, let me also say my first time trying acupuncture. I have found Sarah to be gracious, kind and considerate, she explained everything to me before the treatment as well which I appreciated. She is very good at what she does. I have found relief from one visit, my knees hurt going up stairs, so can be a bit of a challenge going up and down several times a day I have gotten relief after my first appointment which honestly I didn't think would happen.
