Second visit to Contrast and I have to agree with the reviews, let me also say my first time trying acupuncture. I have found Sarah to be gracious, kind and considerate, she explained everything to me before the treatment as well which I appreciated. She is very good at what she does. I have found relief from one visit, my knees hurt going up stairs, so can be a bit of a challenge going up and down several times a day I have gotten relief after my first appointment which honestly I didn't think would happen. I have been going to contrast health for a few years now for pain and I would definitely recommend Sarah. She puts a great amount of effort in getting to know how she can help. She is very professional, consistent, and makes sure you always feel comfortable. A great experience every time.
Sarah is AMAZING! I’ve had back pain for a year due to a muscle. I’ve done physio and massage and not until I seen Sarah did I finally get relief. I’m a few sessions in of acupuncture and fire cupping and I am seeing positive results. I can’t thank Sarah enough!!! She is the warmest person, I felt so comfortable right away with her.
