Not the place to buy lumber: The price is cheap for a reason. I recently bought a pallet of Fence bords that is supposed to be 1x8x6 everyone is aware that there is the stated size and the nominal size , ie a 2x4 is really 3.5" x 1.5" but these guys took this to a new level. A 1x8" Fence board is supposed to be 0.75" Nominal X 7.5" but instead I received a board that is ½" or just a hair above that. Essentially it was 33% thinner than the nominal size !!!! Just go to Home Depot! The slowest, strangest people work here, it will take a whole day for you to buy or rent something. Only their manager knows something, others workers are just zombi that can’t help you, assist you or check out!!!!!
They delivered my orders partially and didn't informed me. My contractor found it and when I called them they said they are talking to Hayward store to deliver the rest of order. I called them and I was put me on hold forever . I disconnected and called again, only to know that the customer service didn't pay attention to my discussion and busy with someone while I was on hold. On further discussion I was told that it would be delivered in 9 day...Still following .. Very unprofessional and careless attitude..
