Seems like it's well stocked for larger equipment. unfortunately, unlike what an older review states (and what their website says), they don't do hand tool rentals. the associate I talked to didn't even know what an impact wrench was and thought I was talking about drills or sockets.
I was given a verbal promise of 10% discount when I buy about 20 doors, so I went in. After 2 hrs finalization, the store manager gives me 10% discount, but it was placed on the wrong order and price is higher after discount is applied. I said no, and the store manager then decided to give me 5% discount on the right order. He wasn't even willing to see me in face. If there is any product issue, it would be a nightmare to expect it can be resolved by the store customer service. I purchased a french door but then realized some parts are missing during the installation. I contacted the store 5+ times in a month, both by email and by phone, but every time it would be a new start, as nobody took any action. As a result, the door still cannot be fully closed 1+ month after it's installed. They are not supposed to sell any products with missing parts in the first place. This is DISHONEST! Th... read more
