The worst service ever ! Do not order custom door from them! It’s a disaster! After months long wait, they sent a totally wrong size door, and literally waste my one day labor fee without any compensation. Super poor management. All the employees are exhausted and cannot handle each case clearly. Always have a super long waiting time on every call, and have to re-explained our door situation EVERY SINGLE TIME. Very frustrated! Will not get in touch with this store forever.
