Horrible customer service done by ELIZABETH. I approached her to get a status on my order and to get refund on some of the items. She was talking with sarcasm and showing attitude. After i asked to nit give me attitude she said that I DONT UNDERSTAND which was not the case and not nice to talk in front of client with anither employee and talking shit about me. Dissapointed very much. Ljust because nooke from management was there she was all free of talking crap.
Front desk service not good people walk in and there’s ladies sitting down doing nothing not offering help to costumers is the other way around cosyumers have to ask for help amazing not good
Worst customer service in whole Los Angeles area.This people don't know what they are doing.One person says they have the merchandise other says they don't have, other one says you gonna have it delivered today.No communication between employes. When you tell them about their mistakes they look at you and say I'm sorry.Sorry does not work .Use your head.
Customer service when it comes to special orders is the worst. Can you time is money and waiting one hour for what I paid 2 weeks ago nope worst place to go
