not impressed with the non disclosure of needing to add for open roof on roofing insurance. Been paying for years and finally need them and nope not paying because I failed to add something that should of been included. NOT HAPPY AT ALL - still waiting for the follow up policy I asked for as well 4 days later
This place is a joke, totally unprofessional. I have to jump through hoops to get a refund since they never canceled my policy. Randall also was trying to make me give him a new down payment after 2 months to start a new policy since mine was not up to par with my state.
