I work for a University that has been doing business with this place for a LONG time, our last few orders have been absolutely TERRIBLE, to include items on back order,shipping orders with wrong sizes and lack of communication. This year in particular...My understanding is this business is under new ownership, apparently our account isn't worth enough for account managers to follow up with us. The have the clothing you need the most.
The service I got was awesome. The woman who waited on me was newer to the location, but she was super enjoyable, funny and very knowledgeable about the correct products for me to buy. She ordered my clothes for me and promised to have them shipped to my house as soon as they came in. I'll definitely be checking to make sure she's working the next time I go in to get more.
The staff is great! Prices are steep. Decent selection of FR clothing.
