I called to inquire about a jacket. Understood the store was closing & i wasn’t trying to buy that moment however “Amber” the employee who took my call was very rude and not friendly at all. I have a business myself so i expect to be treated how i treat all of my customers. In no way am i bashing this company as a whole but please do better with training your employees because it will cost your business & now you lost what could have been your #1 customer. At this time 0/10 do not recommend!
