My work uses them on a smaller level, we by no means are a big fish for their sales, but every job I need them on they know what I need better than I do, and their customer relations from office staff to drivers are all top quality. Big shout out to Robert for going out the way to make sure my technicians knew what they were doing and making sure they were safe doing it.
Not willing to work out an issue with equipment missing during storms, charging us brand new cost to replace equipment left at pick up spot even though equipment was definitely older. We were willing to pay the depreciative cost for sure. We have been renting equipment for over 20 years all over FL and never once complained about faulty equipment or delayed deliveries, we have since closed our account and rented our equipment from another company on several projects without any issues.
