I contacted contractor doctor on Monday before thanksgiving and informed the owner that i needed to move in on the Monday after thanksgiving and was wanting to paint the inside of fairly new house I bought. The owner JD informed me that he had some people that were needing to work that week & he could do the job no problem. I gave him half the money which was $1125.00. Bill is a scam artist. Do not use them at all. He took my money and then walked off the job.
Bill Martin and JD Scott are running a scam. They are incompetent to run a project. They will rip you off and they will rip off their own subcontractors. They took a large deposit, demo'd the house and left, never to return. They have lost an arbitration ruling and still will not pay what they owe. They claim to be veterans, but don't trust them - they have no integrity or honor.
