I'm sorry you had a bad experience with a contractor, however, I believe you have us mixed up with someone else! We do not provide a product... We are simply a handyman company. We'll install owner supplied items (doors, fixtures, faucets etc...) or fix a leaky toilet etc, and do it @ a very reasonable rate. We stand behind our work 100%. Satisfaction is guaranteed, so if you'd like well be glad to address any situation you have immediately.
