My wheelchair bound wife was picked up on time. The van was filthy, it was 80 degrees and the air conditioning was broken. The driver said he was taking it to the shop after our transport. Five hours later I called for our return trip. The same van and driver. Still no air conditioning and 80 degrees. Terrible experience. This was a private pay transport. I felt like we were in the back of a garbage truck. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I work for a primary care physician that sees patient's that often are handicap and in need of transportation services. This specific company has no care on how long a patient has to sit and wait. For example, today, one of our patients waited several hours just for them to state that they "overlooked" him on their list. This is with us calling them every hour to find out the status. From the first call at 1pm to now (which is 6:20pm) the patient is still waiting and now we are unable to get a hold of anybody at that company... read more
Very unpleasant customer service. This company deals with many families and individuals who need assistance with mobility (handicapped), and their customer service is very poor.
